I guide people through functional, neuro-inclusive Yoga, Qigong, and somatic movement — practices designed to regulate the nervous system, build structural resilience, and support diverse bodies, energy levels, and nervous system wiring (including neurodivergence and hypermobility).
Neuro-inclusive means the practice adapts to your nervous system, sensory needs, and energy fluctuations.
Why Practice With Me?
Irritability, overwhelm, and fatigue are not failures — they are signals.
I know what it means to navigate fluctuating energy, chronic pain, sensory overload, and the frustration of feeling either “too much” or “not enough”.
Wanting to be strong and capable doesn’t mean we should neglect ourselves. We can be successful while leveraging the strength of softness.
This work grew from my own search for sustainable strength for a sensitive yet high-firing system — strength that doesn’t override the nervous system but works with it.
Movement can be meditation.
Breath can be medicine.

The Practices
Yoga
