Through Yoga, Qigong, and Somatic principles, practices are designed for nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and increased physical health.

Whether you’re navigating Neurodivergence, Hypermobility, chronic Stress, or recovering from Burnout and Overwhelm, you’ll find compassionate guidance and practical tools for restoring balance and inner calm.

I guide you through practices drawing from Eastern philosophies, fascia-focused movement, and modern biomechanics to help you reconnect with your body. 

Here, you’ll learn to feel, listen, honour your body’s intelligence, and create space for deep calm and resilience.
